Therapy Services
In a world shaped by corrupt capitalism, white supremacy, ableism, and patriarchal oppression, my values are grounded in radical authenticity, vulnerability, and empathy. As a disabled, queer woman of color, I understand the profound impact these systems have on marginalized communities, both personally and professionally. My commitment is to hold space for those who are often overlooked, providing a sanctuary where their experiences are validated and their identities affirmed.
These values are important to me because they reflect my lived experiences and the collective struggles of the communities I am part of and serve. I believe healing is inherently political, and to foster true well-being, we must confront and dismantle the oppressive structures that harm us.
In my practice, I apply these values by creating an inclusive and supportive environment where clients can safely explore their identities, desires, and traumas. I strive to empower individuals by acknowledging their resilience and guiding them toward self-compassion and self-advocacy. Healing, for me, is a collaborative journey that not only seeks individual growth but also contributes to broader societal change.
Therapy is a space where you can explore your emotions, concerns, dreams, and more—whether individually or with your partner(s).
People seek therapy for many reasons, and it’s not always because of a crisis. Maybe you’ve lost passion for the things you once loved, or getting out of bed in the morning feels harder than it used to. Perhaps you simply want a place to talk more openly about your desires with your partner(s).
Therapy is about understanding your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while having someone to support, empower, and guide you—always with openness and without judgment.
The benefits of therapy can include developing new coping skills, deepening emotional experiences, and getting unstuck in different areas of your life.
According to John Gottman’s research, three key elements help relationships thrive:
Strengthening your friendship
Changing how you handle conflict
Supporting each other’s dreams
No relationship is perfect, and conflict is inevitable. I’m here to help you improve communication, develop skills for repairing conflict, and create a deeper sense of connection with your partner(s). The more openly partners communicate, the stronger their bond—and with that, intimacy and desire can flourish.

Fees
I am available for daytime appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. All services are 100% virtual.
And yes, I am currently accepting new clients.
Appointment Offerings:
1) 45-minute session for $220
2) 90-minute session for $440
3) Package of 4 sessions for $840 (saves $40, making it $210/session)
4) Community Support Rate: 45-minute session for $250
Introducing the Community Support Rate: In addition to the standard rate, I am introducing an optional Community Support Rate of $250 per session. This higher rate is designed for those who have the financial means and wish to support mutual aid efforts. By choosing this rate, you contribute directly to expanding sliding scale options for clients who might not otherwise have access to therapy.
I do not accept insurance or assist in processing insurance claims. I can provide a Superbill (with a Tax ID and NPI number) if you would like to file as “out of network” with your provider for possible reimbursement.
If you have any concerns around finances, I do reserve a number of spots for sliding scale. (Sliding scale available as of March 2025.)
